Sembra che The Royals non tornerà presto. La Lionsgate TV ha recentemente annunciato che la serie è definitivamente cancellata.
Come riportato in precedenza, E! ha cancellato il dramma dopo quattro stagioni. La serie è incentrata su una fittizia famiglia reale britannica nella moderna Londra. Il cast comprende Elizabeth Hurley, William Moseley, Alexandra Park, Jake Maskall, Tom Austen, Genevieve Gaunt e Max Brown.
Su Twitter, lo studio di produzione The Royals, la Lionsgate TV, ha annunciato che la serie non tornerà.
