L’ultima stagione di Schitt’s Creek di Pop TV segue con cinque nominations, mentre The Undoing della HBO e Ozark di Netflix ne hanno guadagnate quattro a testa.
Tra le serie che hanno fatto irruzione nel pacchetto Globes quest’anno c’erano Ted Lasso di Apple TV+ , The Flight Attendant di HBO Max e The Great di Netflix.
Il titano delle sitcom Norman Lear sarà onorato ai Golden Globes di quest’anno con il Carol Burnett Award, mentre Jane Fonda è l’ultima destinataria del Cecil B. DeMille Award. Gli ambasciatori del Golden Globe 2021 sono Satchel e Jackson “Children of Spike” Lee.
La NBC trasmetterà i Golden Globes di quest’anno domenica 28 febbraio 2021, con Tina Fey e Amy Poehler che torneranno a ospitare per la quarta volta, anche se da coste opposte .
