Martedì sono state annunciate le candidature televisive per la 28° edizione dei Critics Choice Awards, e Abbott Elementary , debuttante della ABC , ha guidato il gruppo con sei nomination.
Un piccolo recap delle nomination
Oltre a un cenno per la migliore serie comica, Abbott Elementary ha ottenuto nomination per cinque dei suoi membri del cast: Quinta Brunson (Attrice in una commedia), Chris Perfetti e Tyler James Williams (Attore non protagonista in una commedia) e Janelle James e Sheryl Lee Ralph (attrice non protagonista in una commedia).
Better Call Saul di AMC è stato subito dietro con cinque nomination, mentre Gaslit di Starz, Reservation Dogs di FX e The Good Fight di Paramount+ hanno ottenuto quattro nomination ciascuno.
